Is Celaya 100% Agave?

Yes! We hand-select 100% Blue Weber agave, grown in Jalisco, Mexico.

What process do you use?

We use a mixture of processes to get our unique flavor profile. We blend Agave that have been both grown in the Highlands and Lowlands as well as being cooked in a Horno and Autoclave. Our tequila is twice distilled with renewed patience. The result is a perfectly smooth, small-batch tequila with sublime, layered flavor from the highland and lowland regions. Okay. Enough talk. Let’s get to sipping.

What do your tequilas taste like?

Blanco – Agave-forward, this tequila is bottled soon after distillation with crisp notes of citrus & spice. Reposado – With notes of dried fruits, caramelized sweetness and spicy oak finish, this tequila is deep in flavor and easy to sip. Anejo – Dark with strong notes of spice and barrel, this tequila is layered with a smooth wood finish and sweet agave.

Is your tequila free of additives or VAF?

You can find all natural additives, such as agave honey in our tequilas. Yes, it’s subtle, in fact additives are less than 1% by volume.

When will I be able to buy Celaya cocktails at my favorite bar?

Hopefully pretty soon, although it might speed up the process by asking your local bartender to stock Celaya Tequila. Hint hint.
